Shipping Policy
- 1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements as well as plant gifts, Tuesday through Saturday. For gift baskets, the cut-off time is 1 PM EST.
- 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- 3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
- 4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- 5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a quality message card, floral preservative and flower care information.
- 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has been shipped with Fedex for delivery.
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Returns Policy
At PickupFlowers, we stand behind our flowers, our service and you, our customer.
If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will
replace it for no extra charge or
refund you the entire order value.
Substitution policy
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.
Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.
Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
- 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

The coolest thing about pickupflowers.com is that they deliver through local florists. So they don't look withered or something. In fact, they looked just fabulous. Never got better service on the net.

The life of a software engineer is very busy. Coding, coding, all the time. Where do you find time to keep in touch with your sister, who is a student at an ivy-league college? I'm in Brussels and she's at Pennsylvania and her birthday is approaching. With these thoughts I was browsing and I came across this fabulous site called pickupflowers.com. The website stated clearly that they'd take care of this shipment across US, and that too for free. Still I had my misgivings. I got convinced of the site's genuineness when I got a call from Carol saying how happy she was with the flowers I sent and how lovely they were. She said she felt cared for and loved.
