• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Austria)     Monday through Friday and on Saturday 11 AM.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.

• 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
