Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

  Yes, occasionally, we do give promotional offers. They are clearly displayed on the top right of the pages in our Web site.

• How do I customize a product?

  Customization options have certain limitations. You need to choose a product that is closest to what you like and then ask for a substitution of flowers to match the product you like. You can choose the size of the bunch and in the case of roses, you may choose the colors also. Request this in the special instructions box on the checkout process. We will try to deliver it as per your request but cannot guarantee it.
