• We will deliver your order on the Next day if we receive it by 10AM (time in Belgium) Monday through Friday.
• If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the Next Business day and inform you about it.
• We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of Belgium.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Belgium)

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• Can I select flowers for my friends, my partner and my parents from your Web site?

  Yes, you can select flowers for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the top left to select countries and occasions. This will facilitate your selection of flower gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?
