• We offer you three types of shipping, Expedited Next Day, Guaranteed Delivery Before 2 PM, and Evening Delivery.
• We use DHL or GLS to deliver the flowers.
• Next Day Standard Delivery : The delivery takes place Monday(8:00h–19:00h) through Saturday (8:00h–15:00h) with DHL or GLS. The completion of a delivery is warranted in 95-98% of all deliveries. Apart from that, the deliveries are completed with a delay of 1-2 business days. The driver is also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbour if the recipient can not be reached.All products are sent a day prior to the desired delivery date. Therefore the completion of an order numerous days prior to the desired delivery has no affect on the reliability of the delivery
• Next Day Guaranteed Delivery: A delivery is guaranteed (German Mainland) Monday through Friday by DHL Express. The driver is also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbor if the recipient can not be reached. In case the delivery is delayed, then we refund the delivery fees.
• The cut off time is 2 PM (time in germany), Monday through Friday to place your order so that it can be shipped the same day, and delivered as per the shipment method selected.
• If we receive the order after that, we will ship your order on the Next Business Day and inform you about it.
• We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional couriers like DHL or GLS.
• If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
