• 1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral     arrangements as well as plant gifts, Tuesday through Saturday. For gift baskets, the     cut-off time is 1 PM EST.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you     about it.
• 3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• 4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers     by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a     free vase.
• 6. Please note that the free vase is a basic cylindrical vase and is not the one shown in the     image. The vase shown in the image comes as an add-on at an additional price.
• 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has     been shipped with Fedex for delivery.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How secure are the transactions?

  Your financial transactions with us are secure as your credit card and personal details are transmitted over a 256 bit encrypted connection. See our security policy for more details.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• How can I gift my friends with a box of chocolates while gifting flowers?

  We give add-ons in product details page and you could choose items like balloons, chocolates, soft toys, and wine to go along with flowers.

• How do I customize a product?

  Customization options have certain limitations. You need to choose a product that is closest to what you like and then ask for a substitution of flowers to match the product you like. You can choose the size of the bunch and in the case of roses, you may choose the colors also. Request this in the special instructions box on the checkout process. We will try to deliver it as per your request but cannot guarantee it.

• How do I select flowers for various kinds of recipients?

  Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.

• If I am dissatisfied with your service. What is your policy regarding it?
