• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Czech Republic)     Monday through Friday and 11 AM (time in Czech Republic) on Saturday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of     Czech Republic.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Czech Republic)

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will replace it for no extra charge or refund you the entire order value.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How do I proceed once I have decided what to send?

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

• How can I get to know if you are offering discounts for some product / products?

  We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top right of our webpages.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• How do I select flowers for various kinds of recipients?

  Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
