• 1. We can deliver same day to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba if orders are received by 10AM. (time in Australia)     Monday through Friday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.
• 2. We can deliver next business day to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth if we receive the order before 3 PM. (time in Australia)     Monday through Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the day after that and inform     you about it.
• 3. For hampers that are extra large, we have to ship via road (ground shipping). In such cases, we can deliver same day to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba; next business day to Sydney; we need 2 days to deliver to Canberra, Melbourne; 3 days to Adelaide and 5 days to Perth, Hobart, Darwin.
• 4. We deliver only the finest quality of gift baskets and hamper gifts through professional couriers.
• 5. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
• 6. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
