• 1. We will ship your order on the same day if we receive it by 11AM (time in Italy)     Monday through Thursday and it would normally be delivered the next day. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take 2 days for delivery.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• Can I select flowers for my friends, my partner and my parents from your Web site?

  Yes, you can select flowers for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the top left to select countries and occasions. This will facilitate your selection of flower gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
