• We will deliver your order the Next Day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Armenia) Tuesday through Saturday (time in Armenia) . If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about it.
• It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• Delivery Charges for Moscow Extra $12
• We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in Armenia. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Armenia

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value (especially if the contents of the gift basket are perishable viz., fruits, flowers or cakes) towards material wastage and the shipping/delivery costs.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will replace it for no extra charge or refund you the entire order value.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or Paypal.

• How can I get to know if you are offering discounts for some product / products?

  We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top right of our webpages.

• How do I customize a product?

  Customization options have certain limitations. You need to choose a product that is closest to what you like and then ask for a substitution of flowers to match the product you like. You can choose the size of the bunch and in the case of roses, you may choose the colors also. Request this in the special instructions box on the checkout process. We will try to deliver it as per your request but cannot guarantee it.

• Can I select flowers for my friends, my partner and my parents from your Web site?

  Yes, you can select flowers for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the top left to select countries and occasions. This will facilitate your selection of flower gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
