• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Puerto Rico)     Monday through Friday. And on Saturday 12 Noon
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.

• 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• Do you sell products at a discount?

  Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our webpages.

• Do I get to choose the size of the bunch and the colors of the flowers?

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• How do I select flowers for various kinds of recipients?

  Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
