We will deliver your order the next working day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Belarus)     Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in Belarus) on Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 2. It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Belarus. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Belarus

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• How can I gift my friends with a box of chocolates while gifting flowers?

  We give add-ons in product details page and you could choose items like balloons, chocolates, soft toys, and wine to go along with flowers.

• Do I get to choose the size of the bunch and the colors of the flowers?

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• Do you have flowers that are appropriate for different occasions?

  We have flower gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. We also have flower gifts that are appropriate for home flower arrangements, funerals, for thanking someone, and for get-well situations.
