Chocolate and teddy

• 1. We will deliver your order in 2 working days if we receive your order before 1 PM (time in USA)     Monday through Saturday.
• 2. The gift baskets containing fruits will be delivered by Next Day Air so that the fruits are delivered fresh.
• 3. The gift baskets containing chocolates will be substituted with candies as they may melt due to heat during transit, (The chocolate substitutions only apply from June through September when it is too hot to ship chocolates.)
• 4. The orders placed within the cut off time will take 2dyas to be delivered.
• 5. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the next business day and it will be delivered within the next 2days.
• 6. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the gift to a neighbor.
• 7. Any orders placed during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself.
• 8. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 9. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• I am worried about identity thefts. Do you take every possible measure to ensure that it doesn't happen?

  Yes. We use a 256 bit encrypted connection to make sure that the information that you give us remains secure. We are committed to your privacy and we do not disclose information about you to anybody. Please see our Privacy Policy and Security Policy.

• Once I decide to purchase the products, how can I make the payment?

  You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or Paypal.

• Do I have the option of sending my cousin a bottle of wine with the flowers on her birthday?

  Yes, we do give you that option. We give the list of add-ons in product details page or in shopping cart page and you could select them in addition to the flowers.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

  The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• If I am dissatisfied with your service. What is your policy regarding it?

  If you are dissatisfied contact us by phone or email. We trust our customers and we will 'refund or replace' your order.
