• 1. We will ship your order on the same day if we receive it by 11AM (time in Switzerland)     Monday through Thursday and it would normally be delivered the next day. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take 2 days for delivery.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.
