• 1. We will ship your order on the same day if we receive it by 11AM (time in Austria)     Monday through Thursday and it would normally be delivered the next day. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take 2 days for delivery.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the next day for delivery within the next 2 days after that.
• 3.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 4. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How do I proceed once I have decided what to send?

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

• Do you sell products at a discount?

  Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our webpages.

• Can I specify that I want to send a small bouquet of white flowers to my friend?

  Yes, you may specify the size for all bouquets and for roses, color too. This can be done in the special instructions section of the checkout page. We will try to deliver as per your request but we do not guarantee it.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

  The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• How do I check the status of my order?

  To check the your order status, go to your order history after logging in or e-mail us at customerservice @ pickupflowers . com
