• 1. We can deliver same day to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba if orders are received by 10AM. (time in Australia)     Monday through Friday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.
• 2. We can deliver next business day to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth if we receive the order before 3 PM. (time in Australia)     Monday through Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the day after that and inform     you about it.

In such cases, we can deliver same day to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba; next business day to Sydney; we need 2 days to deliver to Canberra, Melbourne; 3 days to Adelaide and 5 days to Perth, Hobart, Darwin.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
