Pickupflowers.com e-mail Gift Cards can be used to purchase any item on the Pickupflowers.com website. Gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100 and $150. You can send the gift card via email to your recipient.

How do i place an order for a Gift Card?

1. Please select your preferred gift card by visiting our Gift Card page.
2. Click on the "Buy Now" button and proceed to fill in your Gift Card details like Recipient's name, email address and your gift message.
3. Click on the "Submit" button to proceed to checkout.
4. You can complete the Gift Card purchase using your credit card or other payment methods like Paypal or Google Checkout.
5. We will send you a confirmation email once you have placed your order.

When will my recipient receive the Gift Card?

Your recipient will receive the e-mail Gift Card within 3 hours of it being ordered.

What does the e-mail Gift Card contain?

Your e-mail Gift Card will contain a numerical Card Id and a PIN number that can be used to redeem the purchase.

How to redeem the Pickupflowers e-mail Gift Card?

1.Select the product you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.
2.Select "Pickupflowers e-mail Gift Card" as the payment option for your purchase.
3.Enter the numerical Card Id and the pin code from the Gift Card in the fields provided.
4.Proceed to fill the rest of your order details and complete the order.
5. The amount for your purchase is deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in your Gift Card account. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card.

How to add funds to a Gift Card

During your purchase, if the order amount exceeds the amount of the card, you can use your credit card to add the balance fund.

1. In the checkout process, select the "Pickupflowers e-mail Gift Card" as the payment option for your purchase.
2. Click on the link "Add funds to your gift card" placed next to the payment option.
3. Enter your credit card details and complete the fund transfer.
4. Proceed to fill the rest of your order details and complete the order.

Important points to note:

1. You will find the Card Id and the Pin code in your e-mail Gift Card.
2. In case you have deleted your e-mail gift card, please contact us and we will assist you in completing your order.
3. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
