• 1. We will deliver your order on the Same Day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Pakistan)     Monday through Friday.
and 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.

• 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
