Shipping Policy

  • 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in Sweden)     Monday through Friday and 12 Noon (time in Sweden) on Saturday.
  • 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
  • 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of     Sweden.
  • 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
  • 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

Substitution policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

  • 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
  • 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
  • 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
  • 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

What do you think we can do on mother's day? Before the floral industry grew in a big way, we would probably have gone out, plucked the right flowers, arranged them in a nice way, and given it to our mothers.
