• We will deliver your order the Next Day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Ukraine)     Tuesday through Saturday (time in Ukraine) . If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Ukraine. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Ukraine

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value (especially if the contents of the gift basket are perishable viz., fruits, flowers or cakes) towards material wastage and the shipping/delivery costs.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will replace it for no extra charge or refund you the entire order value.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• I'm not a registered user. But I want to send gifts from your site. What shall I do?

  You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so by selecting 'Checkout without login' option after clicking the 'Buy Now'. We would suggest you want to become a registered user as we give occasional special offers and promotions to our registered users.

• Do I have the option of sending my cousin a bottle of wine with the flowers on her birthday?

  Yes, we do give you that option. We give the list of add-ons in product details page or in shopping cart page and you could select them in addition to the flowers.

• Can I specify that I want to send a small bouquet of white flowers to my friend?

  Yes, you may specify the size for all bouquets and for roses, color too. This can be done in the special instructions section of the checkout page. We will try to deliver as per your request but we do not guarantee it.

• Do you have flowers that are appropriate for different occasions?

  We have flower gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. We also have flower gifts that are appropriate for home flower arrangements, funerals, for thanking someone, and for get-well situations.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
