• 1. We will deliver your order on the Same Day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Pakistan)     Monday through Friday.
and 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional couriers like     DHL or GLS.
• 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
• 5. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 6. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How do I proceed once I have decided what to send?

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

• I want to gift something along with flowers. Can I do it from your website?

  Yes. We have add-ons in the product details page. Using this, you will be able to add more products such as balloons and chocolates to your gift.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• Can I select flowers for my friends, my partner and my parents from your Web site?

  Yes, you can select flowers for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the top left to select countries and occasions. This will facilitate your selection of flower gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.
