• 1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral     arrangements as well as plant gifts, Tuesday through Saturday. For gift baskets, the     cut-off time is 1 PM EST.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you     about it.
• 3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• 4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers     by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a     free vase.
• 6. Please note that the free vase is a basic cylindrical vase and is not the one shown in the     image. The vase shown in the image comes as an add-on at an additional price.
• 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has     been shipped with Fedex for delivery.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• How can I get to know if you are offering discounts for some product / products?

  We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top right of our webpages.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• Do you have flowers for different occasions and how do I select flowers that are appropriate for those?

  Yes, we have flowers that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page there is a list of occasions.

• If I am dissatisfied with your service. What is your policy regarding it?

  If you are dissatisfied contact us by phone or email. We trust our customers and we will 'refund or replace' your order.
