• 1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral     arrangements as well as plant gifts, Tuesday through Saturday. For gift baskets, the     cut-off time is 1 PM EST.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you     about it.
• 3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• 4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers     by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a     quality message card, floral preservative and flower care information.
• 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has     been shipped with Fedex for delivery.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so by selecting 'Checkout without login' option after clicking the 'Buy Now'. We would suggest you want to become a registered user as we give occasional special offers and promotions to our registered users.

• Do you have discounts and promotional offers?

  Yes, occasionally, we do give promotional offers. They are clearly displayed on the top right of the pages in our Web site.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• Do you have flowers that are appropriate for different occasions?

  We have flower gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. We also have flower gifts that are appropriate for home flower arrangements, funerals, for thanking someone, and for get-well situations.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
