• 1. We will deliver your order on the Same Day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Bulgaria)     Monday through Friday. And on Saturday Before 11 AM.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional couriers like     DHL or GLS.
• 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
• 5. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 6. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• How can I get to know if you are offering discounts for some product / products?

  We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top right of our webpages.

• Do I get to choose the size of the bunch and the colors of the flowers?

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

  The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
