  • We will deliver your order the Next Day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2 PM (time in armenia) Monday through Saturday (time in armenia). If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
  • It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
  • Delivery Charges for Moscow Extra $12
  • We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in armenia. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
  • Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
  • The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in armenia

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value (especially if the contents of the gift basket are perishable viz., fruits, flowers or cakes) towards material wastage and the shipping/delivery costs.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

Digital Picture Policy: We are offering digital picture service as an add-on service. Our delivery agent takes the picture of the recipient along with your Gift. The picture will be sent to you through ane-mail.

  • The picture service is available in most large cities.
  • The picture will be sent to you between 1 to 14 business days after the day of delivery.
  • The picture delivery is not guaranteedbecause of the following cases
    • The recipient declines our request to make a digital photo
    • The recipient is not present at the delivery location at the time of delivery
    • Our delivery agent does not have digital or analog camera or scanning equipment in the city of delivery (this happens mostly in small towns and vicinities of large cities)
  • If you paid for the picture and it was not taken because of the above reasons, we will issue you a refund for the respective amount you paid for the picture only. No refunds will be made for the flower/gift delivery.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

  • 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
  • 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
  • 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
  • 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

Refund Policy:

At Pickupflowers, we have a friendly refund policy to ensure your online purchase is hassle-free and we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. Our Refund policy is applicable for the below cases.

  • Product Not Delivered.
  • Mismatch of the Delivered Product with description on the website.
  • Late Delivery of Product, i.e., wrong date as we do not guarantee specific time for delivery.

Complaint Process:

At Pickupflowers, we make every effort to ensure that customer support resolve the customer issues fast and impeccable.Customer can raise their Complaints by sending email to customerservice@pickupflowers.com within 30 days from the delivery date. In case of any delivery issues, we request customers to send photos of the product's received and Order details.

Refund process in 3 easy Steps:

  • Customer should raise a Refund request within 30 days from the delivered date.
  • After verifying all the order information, we process the request for cancellation.
  • Post cancellation of the order, refund amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
    (Does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

Partial refunds shall be applicable in cases of Bad Delivery or Late Delivery, which is solely at the discretion of the company.
