• We will deliver your order the Next Day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Azerbaijan)     Tuesday through Saturday (time in Azerbaijan) . If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Azerbaijan. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.
