• 1. We will ship your order on the same day if we receive it by 11AM (time in Belgium)     Monday through Thursday and it would normally be delivered the next day. But,in some circumstances, although rare, it would take 2 days for delivery.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the next day for delivery within the next 2 days after that.
• 3.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I have the option of sending my cousin a bottle of wine with the flowers on her birthday?

  Yes, we do give you that option. We give the list of add-ons in product details page or in shopping cart page and you could select them in addition to the flowers.

• Can I search for different types of flower arrangements on your Web site?

  We have a way of classifying flowers by means of arrangement types - bouquet, baskets, centerpieces, vase arrangements, wreaths, and sprays - and this should suit your purpose.

• How do I select flowers for various kinds of recipients?

  Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
