• The Balloons, Fruit Baskets and the Wine Baskets are all hand-delivered products.
• We can usually deliver same day, if orders are received by 11 AM. (time in USA) Monday through Sunday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
• For Sunday Delivery order should be placed before Saturday and Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery
• Please Note: Hand delivery of wines may not be available for few of the states or county, because of restrictions of the Federal Law
  The states are: (CT) CONNECTICUT, (HI) HAWAII, (KS) KANSAS, (MD) MARYLAND, (NJ) NEW JERSEY, (PA) PENNSYLVANIA, (UT) UTAH.
• Please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of exotic flowers, wine and fruit baskets.
• These gifts are delivered by one of our local design centers located throughout the United States.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value (especially if the contents of the gift basket are perishable viz., fruits, flowers or cakes) towards material wastage and the shipping/delivery costs.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

At PickupFlowers, we stand behind our flowers, our service and you, our customer.
If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will replace it for no extra charge or refund you the entire order value.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How secure are the transactions?

  You have three options. You may either use a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express - or Google Checkout, or Paypal.

• Do you sell products at a discount?

  Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our webpages.

• How do I customize a product?

  Customization options have certain limitations. You need to choose a product that is closest to what you like and then ask for a substitution of flowers to match the product you like. You can choose the size of the bunch and in the case of roses, you may choose the colors also. Request this in the special instructions box on the checkout process. We will try to deliver it as per your request but cannot guarantee it.

• How do I select flowers for various kinds of recipients?

  Use the scroll-down boxes on the top left for selecting the country and the occasions on which you can give gifts for different types of recipients.
