• We deliver by courier service, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of items ordered should delivery be made to third parties other than the intended recipient of the order. Please ensure prompt reciept of your order when the courier arrives, waiting times of more than 15 mins will incur a surcharge, Rerouting of a delivery in route will also incur a surcharge.
• In summer months all cakes will be fondant based note for deliveries. Note weekend deliveries may take longer and are done within 2 - 4hours. saturday deliveries start at 10am. Note for all deliveries, unavoidable delays may occur in delivery within which we reserve the right to deliver your order within 2 hours of your scheduled time.
• Giftsnideas shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service (domestic and international) due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc. Additionally, the shipping carrier reserves the right, in its sole discretion to refuse delivery of a shipment if it feels there is a risk of loss or damage arising from the release of the package. ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED NATIONWIDE WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-5 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

• Shipping not available to P.O Boxes or APO,FPO or Federal Buildings addresses. Shipping available only to contigous U.S states, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.,Guam and U.S Virgin Islands. Shipping addresses must be verified.All items must be signed for,unless signature release is indicated.
• Orders can't be canceled once placed, even if it gets canceled you will be charged for cake towards damage, as we will start baking the cakes immediately after receiving an order.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 100% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
