• We offer four types of shipping: Expedited Next Day, Express 2 day, Express 3 day, and Standard Ground.
• We use UPS or United States Postal Service to deliver the gifts.
• Expedited Next Day : Your gift will be delivered the next business day, by Air.
• Express 2 day : Your gift will be delivered in 2 business days, by Air.
• Express 3 day : Your gift will be delivered in 3 business days, by Air.
• Standard Ground : Your gift will be shipped over the ground. It will take 0 to 2 days for shipping and 2 to 5 days for delivery.
• Please Note: Due to Summer all Chocolate gifts are ship via Next day air only.
  All other gifts containing chocolate will be substituted with hard candies. (The chocolate substitutions only apply from May through October when it is too hot to ship chocolates.)
• The cut off time is 1 PM CST, Monday through Friday to place your order so that it can be shipped the same day, and delivered as per the shipment method selected. If we receive the order after that, we will ship your order on the next business day and inform you about it.
• Alaska and Hawaii : Please add 15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.(Excluding Fruit, and Cookies)
• Please add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies) All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the UPS or USPS.
• Fruits and Cookies are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, or Canadian shipments
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will replace it for no extra charge or refund you the entire order value.
