• 1. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 1PM for all flower bouquets and floral     arrangements , Tuesday through Saturday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you     about it.
• 3. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• 4.Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers     
• 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has     been shipped with Fedex for delivery.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
