If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional couriers like DHL or GLS.
If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
