• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM Saturday through     Thursday. We do not deliver flowers on Friday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
• 6. The standard shipping charges mentioned in the product details page is applicable for all the major cities viz., Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Jouf, Al-Khober, Dammam, Dhahran, Mekkah, Madinah, Najran, Sakakah, Tabuk, Taif & Yanbu. For other cities, the shipping charges would be extra and we will intimate you about that.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• What are the credit cards that you accept?

  We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

• Do you sell products at a discount?

  Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our webpages.

• Do I get to choose the size of the bunch and the colors of the flowers?

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• Do you have flowers for different occasions and how do I select flowers that are appropriate for those?

  Yes, we have flowers that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page there is a list of occasions.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
