• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM Saturday through     Thursday. We do not deliver flowers on Friday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
• 6. The standard shipping charges mentioned in the product details page is applicable for all the major cities viz., Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Jouf, Al-Khober, Dammam, Dhahran, Mekkah, Madinah, Najran, Sakakah, Tabuk, Taif & Yanbu. For other cities, the shipping charges would be extra and we will intimate you about that.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How do I proceed once I have decided what to send?

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

• How can I gift my friends with a box of chocolates while gifting flowers?

  We give add-ons in product details page and you could choose items like balloons, chocolates, soft toys, and wine to go along with flowers.

• How do I customize a product?

  Customization options have certain limitations. You need to choose a product that is closest to what you like and then ask for a substitution of flowers to match the product you like. You can choose the size of the bunch and in the case of roses, you may choose the colors also. Request this in the special instructions box on the checkout process. We will try to deliver it as per your request but cannot guarantee it.

• Do you have flowers for different occasions and how do I select flowers that are appropriate for those?

  Yes, we have flowers that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page there is a list of occasions.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
