• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Poland)     Monday through Friday.
• 2. Orders for Saturday delivery will be delivered on Saturday if we receive the order before 2PM (time in Poland)      on the preceding day, Friday. If we receive the order after 2PM on Friday, it would be delivered on Monday.
• 3. If we receive the order after the cut off times mentioned above, we will deliver it the next business day.
• 4. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of     Poland.
• 5. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 6. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• Do I have the option of sending my cousin a bottle of wine with the flowers on her birthday?

  Yes, we do give you that option. We give the list of add-ons in product details page or in shopping cart page and you could select them in addition to the flowers.

• Can I specify that I want to send a small bouquet of white flowers to my friend?

  Yes, you may specify the size for all bouquets and for roses, color too. This can be done in the special instructions section of the checkout page. We will try to deliver as per your request but we do not guarantee it.

• Do you have flowers that are appropriate for different occasions?

  We have flower gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. We also have flower gifts that are appropriate for home flower arrangements, funerals, for thanking someone, and for get-well situations.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
