• 1. We will deliver your order with in 4 working days if we receive your order before 1 PM (time in Canada)     Monday through Saturday.
• 2. The gift baskets containing fruits will be delivered by Next Day Air so that the fruits are delivered fresh.
• 3. The gift baskets containing chocolates will be substituted with candies as they may melt due to heat during transit, (The chocolate substitutions only apply from June through September when it is too hot to ship chocolates.)
• 4. The orders placed with in the cut off time will take 4 days to be delivered.
• 5. If we receive the order after that, we will ship it the Next Business Day and it will be delivered within the next 2days.
• 6. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the gift to a neighbor.
• 7. Any orders placed during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself.
• 8. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 9. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

• How can I get to know if you are offering discounts for some product / products?

  We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top right of our webpages.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

  The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• How long does it take for the flowers to be delivered after I place the order?

  The flowers will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before the cut-off time for that destination country. The cut off time for any country is usually 1PM Local Time.
