• We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Netherlands) Monday through Saturday.
• If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about it.
• We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of Netherlands.
• Your credit card will be charged only after the order is delivered successfully.
• The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Netherlands)

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  You don't need to be a registered user in order to send gifts from our site. You may do so by selecting 'Checkout without login' option after clicking the 'Buy Now'. We would suggest you want to become a registered user as we give occasional special offers and promotions to our registered users.

• I want to gift something along with flowers. Can I do it from your website?

  Yes. We have add-ons in the product details page. Using this, you will be able to add more products such as balloons and chocolates to your gift.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

  The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• If I am dissatisfied with your service. What is your policy regarding it?
