• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM Saturday through     Thursday. We do not deliver flowers on Friday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

The standard shipping charges mentioned in the product details page is applicable for all the major cities viz., Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Jouf, Al-Khober, Dammam, Dhahran, Mekkah, Madinah, Najran, Sakakah, Tabuk, Taif & Yanbu. For other cities, the shipping charges would be extra and we will intimate you about that.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  Yes. We have add-ons in the product details page. Using this, you will be able to add more products such as balloons and chocolates to your gift.

• Do I get to choose the size of the bunch and the colors of the flowers?

  Yes, you have the option of choosing three distinct sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. Regarding colors, you have choices in the case of roses. You can specify your requirements in the special instructions section in the checkout page.

• Can I select flowers for my friends, my partner and my parents from your Web site?

  Yes, you can select flowers for different kinds of recipients. Use the two drop-down boxes on the top left to select countries and occasions. This will facilitate your selection of flower gifts that are appropriate for a variety of occasions and for different kinds of recipients.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
