• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 1PM (time in Puerto Rico)     Monday through Friday. And on Saturday 12 Noon
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform     you about it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through professional couriers like     DHL or GLS.
• 4. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will leave your order with a neighbour.
• 5. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 6. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I have the option of sending my cousin a bottle of wine with the flowers on her birthday?

  Yes, we do give you that option. We give the list of add-ons in product details page or in shopping cart page and you could select them in addition to the flowers.

• Can I search for different types of flower arrangements on your Web site?

  We have a way of classifying flowers by means of arrangement types - bouquet, baskets, centerpieces, vase arrangements, wreaths, and sprays - and this should suit your purpose.

• Do you have flowers for different occasions and how do I select flowers that are appropriate for those?

  Yes, we have flowers that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page there is a list of occasions.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
