We will deliver your order the next working day to all major cities of Russia and CIS countries viz., Moscow, Kyiv (Kiev), Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Chisinau, Astana, Bishkek (formerly Frunze), Dushanbe, etc., if we receive it by 2PM (time in Azerbaijan)     Monday through Friday and 11AM (time in Azerbaijan) on Saturday. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 2. It takes 48 hours for delivery to small cities and towns, and in some cases like where the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, it may take 72 hours for delivery.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts and gift baskets through local agents in     Azerbaijan. When the delivery location is a small town or is very remote, we may have to use courier service or any other applicable means of transit to deliver the order to your dear ones and hence would take a longer time for delivery in such cases.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone i.e., in Azerbaijan

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How secure are the transactions?

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

  Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our webpages.

• Can I specify that I want to send a small bouquet of white flowers to my friend?

  Yes, you may specify the size for all bouquets and for roses, color too. This can be done in the special instructions section of the checkout page. We will try to deliver as per your request but we do not guarantee it.

• How can I locate the right gifts for the right persons?

  The drop down boxes on the top left may be used for selecting the country and the gift occasion. The connection between gift occasions and recipients is transparent.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
