• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM (time in USA)     Monday through Friday and 12 Noon (time in USA) on Saturday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists of     USA.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
Sometimes, if the delivery area is remote we may have to charge you extra delivery charges depending on the location and the nearest available city/town. This will, however be done with your permission and only after communicating the issue on hand to you. We will try our best to avoid such a situation before contacting you about this.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the flower arrangement, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will replace it for no extra charge or refund you the entire order value.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• Do I need to login in order to send gifts from your site?

  You don't need to login. You can select the checkout without login option after clicking on Buy Now. However, we would suggest you to create an account with us as we, at present offer 5% discount on all orders for the first 30 days and also there are occasional special offers for our Registered Users.

• How can I get to know if you are offering discounts for some product / products?

  We often have discounts or promotional offers. The special offers can be found on the top right of our webpages.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• Do you have flowers that are appropriate for different occasions?

  We have flower gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. We also have flower gifts that are appropriate for home flower arrangements, funerals, for thanking someone, and for get-well situations.

• Would the flowers be delivered by courier? If yes, would their handling be safe?

  The flowers will be delivered by local florists and not by couriers, unless mentioned in shipping policy. This is to make sure that the flowers are handled with utmost care and tenderness.
