Dean Herald is a qualified Garden designer of Australia. Dean herald is the award winning Rolling stone landscapes. In 2006 Dean became the first Sydney designer to compete at the coveted Chelsea flower Show (uk), and won a gold medal for best Show Garden.

Dean’s work has been featured on television shows including Better Homes and gardens, the Block and Reno Rubble, as well as in many major Australian garden and lifestyle magazines.

Dean Herald founded Rolling Stone Landscapes 11 years ago when he was just 19 and specialises in designing large garden projects for the prestige residential market in Sydney.

Dean has been highly successful on his initial outings winning a gold medal at each of his three appearances at the Sydney in Bloom show.

• Dean garden design for this year’s Chelsea Flower Show 2006 previously won a gold medal at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show in 2005.
• Simultaneously the garden received the coveted Royal Horticultural Society of Victoria’s Comeadow Award for the most outstanding landscape designer at the same show.
• Dean designed for the first time a garden for the Chelsea Flower Show.
• Dean has won gold medals at the last three Sydney in bloom garden shows.

• Dean recognises that around 70% of Australians are not gardeners in the traditional sense, but just about everyone loves being outdoors. His love of gardens and an interest in the way people utilise outdoor spaces began at an early age.

• Dean Herald is now an established figure on the Australian gardening scene, enhanced further by his involvement with the TV program, The Block.
